This website offers visitors the ability to order custom apparel, company specific apparel and specific custom event apparel. Some of these items are produced by order and some are produced in bulk for specific organizations which will be distributed at the organization and not necessarily by shipping directly from Design Warehouse. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Refund/Cancellation Policy - All items on this site are custom and there is NO refund on custom items. We guarantee products you receive to be free from defects. We will provide warranty for your purchase that it is free from manufacturing defects within 10 days of delivery of your item. Any defects should be reported to us with proof of defect and a replacement
